Dear Lord,
So far today I've done all right. I haven't gossiped, haven't lost my temper, and haven’t been greedy, grumpy, nasty, selfish or overindulgent. I'm very thankful for that. But in a few minutes, God, I'm going to get out of bed. From then on, I'm going to need a lot more help.

I am waiting for my group exercise certification to come in the mail. I have got to get my contract so I can start training. I just found out our very BEST most popular trainer is moving and (I know this is selfish), I will not have much competition! LOL
I made a rough draft for the new class and a friend and I ran through it yesterday. KICKED OUR BUTTS! It's gonna be awesome. :)
